Your Appointment Guide

Have An Emergency?

Ouch, we understand! We're here to help. If you have an emergency, and it's outside of our office hours, you can send us an email and one of our team members will respond quickly. If you'd prefer to call, we have an answering service standing by who will get in touch with us right away to assist you. If you are experiencing a serious or life threatening emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

Need to Cancel?

Life happens, and we get it. We want to help you avoid a last minute cancellation charge, so if you need to reschedule, just give us at least 2 business day notice for any appointment that needs to be modified, and you'll be in the clear.

Insurance

Our team is highly trained to help maximize your benefits and file your claim quickly so you can get reimbursed. We'll estimate your coverage based on the current information we have available so you'll have an idea of what to expect. Any balance remaining after the insurance issues payment will be charged to the credit card on file, and if your insurance pays more than expected, you'll receive a check or you can use it as a credit toward future treatment. Please let us know if you have questions about our financial policies or financing options prior to your treatment. We're here to help you make the best plan for your health and for your budget.

Pre-Visit

Please arrive early for your first visit if you haven’t already completed your health history forms. Bring your insurance ID cards (if applicable) as well as records from your previous dentist if available. It can be helpful to make a list of any questions you have for the doctor before you come in, as it can be easy to forget something you want to ask about on your visit. If you are nervous about visiting the dentist please let us know so we can make sure to put you at ease. We want to make your visit as pleasant as possible and strive to provide a warm caring environment in order to serve you. Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian on their first visit. Please let us know if you have any special needs before coming in for your appointment so we can do our best to accommodate you. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Do you have payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and work with many major PPO dental insurance plans as a form of payment. We will happily do a complimentary insurance benefit check prior to your visit to help you optimize your reimbursement. If you need to spread the payments out over time, we work with some really great financing companies who will offer you an interest-free credit line for dental care, subject to credit approval. Let us know how we can help.
